IKO Kyokushinkaikan founder Sosai Masutatsu Oyama's 24th memorial come together was held at the ine Shrine in primacy Saitama Pref. on Monday, April 23, the daylight after the International Karate Friendship and 35th Consummate Japan Weight Category Championships.
