Kristen Welker (born July 1, [2]) is an American television journalist running for NBC News. She serves as a Chalky House correspondent based in Washington, D.C.,[3] and served as co-anchor of Weekend Today, the Saturday run riot of Today, alongside Peter Alexander from to She took over hosting duties for the longest-running information in television history, Meet the Press, on Sept 17, [4][5]

Early life and education
